When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. We only give refund on items that are damaged, defective or incorrect if a replacement or repair is not possible. Also, we offer full refund if you are returning an item within the 7-days cooling-off period or because of an error on our part i.e. item sent or billed in error.
Please note that we do not issue refund on shipping charges.
If your item was damaged in transit, call us immediately and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you. We will try and repair the item first or offer a replacement if repair is not possible. A refund will only be issued if the item can't be repaired or a replacement is not possible. You MUST inform us of any item damaged in transit within 24hrs of receipt, and return the item to us in its original condition and packaging, including accessories and fittings, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
NOTE: In the event we find no fault on a returned item, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If you simply change your mind: Within 14-days 'cooling off' period If you have simply changed your mind on any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so provided that you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used, installed, damaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us with all accessories and fittings intact. Once you've informed us that you wish to return the item, you have to return the item within 14 working days and must do so at your own expense. Once we receive the item, a full refund for the product will be issued excluding any delivery charge paid when you originally bought the goods. In most cases, we issue refunds by using your original payment method.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 1 and 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of the item excluding any shipping charge. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery charge or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We cannot offer refund on items that's already been installed, used, vandalised, with any cosmetic damage or misuse. All returned item(s) must be in their original packaging still intact and with all accessories enclosed.
We accept the return of opened items only if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items that have been returned to us unless they are faulty. Items returned within the 1-14-days cooling off period By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days starting from the date the item is delivered. We do not offer refund on items that's already been installed, used, vandalised, with any cosmetic damage or misuse.
If any of your purchases develop a fault or required maintenance within the warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In many cases, we provide telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault or carry out any maintenance quickly. If faults or maintenance can’t be carried out or rectified over the phone, the item will need to be sent back to us. If returning an item back to us, at our company's discretion, we can temporarily send you a manual mixer tap to replace the item being sent back. We cannot send a 'brand new' sensor tap of either the same model or similar model as a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE:
No refund will be acknowledged on any item that’s already been installed, used, vandalised, with any cosmetic damage, misused or has passed the 7-days cooling off period. We can only offer repair or maintenance on installed items.
If a repair or maintenance is required, at Autotaps Limited discretion, we may send you a manual mixer tap to replace the tap being sent back. Once your tap is in full working order, we will send it to you and the courtesy tap must be returned back to Autotaps Limited. We reserve the right to charge you if the courtesy tap is not returned or returned damaged.
where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you if there's has been no error on our part or you are simply withdrawing from a purchase. You can simply send the item back to us using your own shipping method i.e. Royal Mail
